Being both owner and winemaker, Jean Louis Chavy only uses a restrained amount of oak to age his wines in order to produce white Burgundies that show great purity of fruit and minerality.

‘Les Folatières’ is the largest 1er Cru in Puligny and shares a similar altitude and soil composition as Grand Cru Chevalier Montrachet. A generous wine with intense aromas of stone fruits alongside toasty and mineral notes. Full bodied and deep on the palate with a refreshing acidity and great length.
