Arcan Albariño, Rias Baixas

This small family owned and operated winery covers two hectares of vines from some of the finest terroirs of Rías Baixas. All their vines are cultivated organically and hand harvested before undertaking fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts.

Malolactic fermentation is prevented from taking place in order to preserve the purity of fruit, with six months ageing on the lees to provide extra depth and complexity. Intense notes of white flowers, pears, citrus fruits on the nose. Medium to full bodied on the palate with a lovely mouth-watering acidity. Great length.
