Made with 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay, the wine went through malolactic fermentation and was matured on its lees for 12 months. Aromas of citrus and apple with notes of biscuit. Generous and slightly creamy on the palate with a crisp finish and fine bubbles.
