This elegant, rich and fruity Merlot from Chile’s Valle Central shows intense fruit flavours of cherry and plum intertwined with sumptuous aromas of coffee and chocolate. It is a beautiful wine that will suit numerous occasions.
Served at room temperature it will partner well with fresh pasta with tomato, onion and garlic sauces, roasted Provençal vegetables, or roast butternut squash with herbs or light spices.
