Chianti Flask Gonfalone

Founded in 1934 by Orlando Trambusti, a proud family-owned and operated winery producing traditional styles of Chianti with expectional terroir expression.
Sangiovese grapes, with the addition of small quantities of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the vineyards of the Poggio ai Mandorli estate, gives this robust wine its intense ruby red colour. Aromas of crunchy red fruit, red cherry, plum and hints of violet. This wine is well-rounded on the palate, with the delicate spice flavours from a short period of oak aging and structure from fine, subtle tannins. The wine pairs well with dishes of red meat, game and aged cheeses.
