The grapes are harvested at the end of September at an average yield of 60 hl per hectare. Grapes undergo pre-ferment maceration at low temperatures upon arrival, with removal from the stalks and controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the delicate fruity and floral characters.

Straw-like yellow colour with gold reflections. Perfumed with a delicate floral aroma alongside notes of melon and apple. Fruity and soft mouthfeel with a well-balanced and lasting taste.
