Prosecco, Italy’s famous sparkling wine hails from the Veneto region. Unlike Champagne, Prosecco is produced using the Charmat method in which the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This process makes Prosecco an incredibly joyful wine to drink young and fresh.
Filipetti was founded in 1922 and is produced by Perlino, a respected business with a history dating back more than 100 years. Their guiding principle is quality in every thing they do, from the vineyards to the winery and their finished packaging.
Grapes are pressed and only separated from their skins after 48 hours when the perfect amount of colour and flavour has been added to this bright and lively Rosé Prosecco.
